Lisa Doyle is executive vice president at Vantage Point Performance, a global sales management training and development firm. Lisa leads the development and implementation of performance improvement programs for Vantage Point Performance’s clients. Her background is in organization development, instructional design, facilitation, and coaching; and she has extensive experience assessing clients’ needs, uncovering behaviors, and clarifying courses of action. Lisa received a master’s degree in industrial psychology and organization development from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University. She has also completed training in the Co-Active Coaching model through the Coaches’ Training Institute, and earned an accreditation certification recognized by the International Coach’s Federation.
